When Love Hartlepool was approached to refresh its website, we saw an opportunity for them to not only improve their online presence but to also improve their brand as a whole. With a new identity and the help of a driven awareness campaign, Love Hartlepool was able to better engage with the local community. A new identity, tone of voice, digital footprint, and brand guidelines were produced, as a gift for the community, alongside a marketing campaign to promote the new visual language.
